Job Description

Position: QA (Quality Assurance) Intern Qualification : BBA/MBA Location : Gurgaon Profile Overview As a QA Testing Intern, you will contribute to the testing of digital platforms and applications, ensuring optimal performance and quality. You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, implement improvements, and enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Identify, report, and document bugs using tracking tools. Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve issues. Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues. Analyze software usability and suggest improvements. Stay updated on industry best practices for software testing and QA. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or other testing frameworks. Excellent attention to detail and ability to document test cases effectively. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience or coursework in software testing, automation testing, or QA methodologies. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment,
