- Job Title: PHP Developer Location: Office Onsite Salary: Based on Interview and Skills Key Responsibilities: Programming Skills: Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, including PHP 7 and above. Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts to design and implement scalable solutions. Utilize PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony to streamline development processes. Work with PHP libraries and tools such as Composer and PHPUnit to enhance application functionality and testing. Web Development Skills: Develop responsive and mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation. Write and optimize JavaScript and jQuery code to improve user interactions and functionality. Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces. Database Skills: Design and manage database schemas using MySQL or similar databases. Write efficient SQL queries and optimize them for better performance. Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB to handle specific data requirements. System Administration Skills: Manage and maintain web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) on Linux/Unix operating systems. Use version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) to track and manage code changes. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies and best practices. Additional Skills: Experience with PHP-related technologies, including frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter. Apply security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their services. Understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI) processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
