- JOB DESCRIPTION :- QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER About Us Datacultr is a Platform as a Service that allows consumer lending companies to significantly reduce their risk on "New to Credit" customers. Datacultr allows the lender to give out unsecured loans, at a lower risk, by allowing borrowers to present their newly purchased or existing Smartphone as collateral. We are live in India, South-East Asia, Kenya, Tanzania & LATAM, thus far over our clients have secured over 800k loans on the platform in the last 12 months, amounting to a loan value of around US$92Mn. Datacultr currently has operating offices in Dubai, Gurgaon and Singapore. The primary development center is in Gurgaon, India POSITION Quality Assurance Engineer ROLE Individual Contributor DIVISION/VERTICAL Tech WORK LOCATION Gurgaon QUALIFICATION B.Tech/B.C.A. SALARY PACKAGE Depends upon the skillset and interview NOTICE PERIOD Can join at the earliest About Role We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineer who can manage end to end testing cycle and support in testing responsibilities. Key Responsibility Hands-on experience with Functional, Performance, Scalability and Reliability Testing Ability to test, validate and certify high volume datasets Experience in API testing and integration testing is must. Exposure on tools like POSTMAN is mandatory. Exposure to Cypress is a plus Experience in Report Testing (charts, Table, Graphs or any other Visualization) will be a plus Experience in Android Testing Provide regular reports on testing and resolution status, including metrics Review test strategy, test plans and test cases/scenarios for each platform Using Test Management tools will be a plus. Experience in agile, managing the QA team with agile mindset, working across multiple projects having different scrum teams, helping the team transition to agile, provide advice on challenging situations Ensuring the teams (Scrum Teams) implement and follow best practices to prevent defects Supervise the QA team and the quality assurance process; this includes setting and communicating priorities, ensuring deadlines are met, and reviewing staff tasks and performance, managing complete staff hiring (taking tests and interviews) and on boarding activities for new hires in QA team.
