Technource is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our global development team. Job Details: Position: Sr Software Developer Industry type: IT /Software Services Exp: 5 Years around Salary: As per industry standard Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Role: Tech Architecture: Develop and implement high-level architectural designs in line with the organization's goals, leading to robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions. Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they adhere to best practices. Roadmap and Sprint Planning: Facilitate the planning and execution of backend development sprints in an Agile Scrum environment. Devops: Use CI/CD pipelines, database systems, alerts and monitoring Code Guidelines and Reviews: Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality and secure applications. Security Audit and Implementation: Conduct security audits and oversee the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. Client Communication: Ensure the understanding of functionalities and transform in to best feasible technical solution Desired Skills: Hands-on experience in PHP - Laravel framework with Vue Js (preferably VUE 3). Expertise in Other programming languages (like Node Js, React Js, preferred) Experience in developing and deploying complex solutions Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with CI/CD processes A strategic thinker with a vision for technical innovation and growth, applying skills where they yield the greatest impact.
