Sr. PHP Developer JD Job Description : We are looking for a Sr. Software Developer (PHP) responsible for managing the development process and provide technical leadership to projects or components of products. Responsibilities Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization & visualization to technology mapping and final execution including scope/change requests. Guide team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the Development plan. Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance/support to the team. Review & improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables. Monitor development & unit-testing activities and report project progress. Hands-on with Coding. Skills And Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in PHP development (Core PHP, Laravel) Bachelor's degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in modern HTML/CSS Excellent skills and experience with Apache, MySQL, Laravel, Javascript, JQuery, Design Patterns. Proven experience in planning, execution, and implementation of high-quality software projects including experience with project management tools like Jira Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes Familiarity with NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git (ref:hirist.tech),
