Job Description
- Netsuite Solution Architect The Solution Architect, Netsuite Implementation Services" role is responsible for the scoping and positioning of new services engagements. Additionally, will act as a key point of contact for Sales and Solution Consulting on opportunities within designated verticals. This role directly supports the sales cycle via internal knowledge transfers, solution reviews and executive-level prospect meetings. The successful candidate will excel at expanding Oracle NetSuite's footprint with existing customers through upsell of service opportunities. They will also manage a team of resources, Furthermore, the role will manage project portfolios and ensure that quality standards for delivery are exceeded. As well as being a key resource for internal practice development efforts, will train and mentor new and experienced resources. Responsibilities Include Architect and implement creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, customizations, scripting, and workflows. Able to define and document high-level solution and system architecture and explain how various components of the architect will interact. Solution Architects are responsible for leading the design of the solution, ensuring that the proposed architecture supports the business requirements across all processes. Support the sales cycle through scoping and approval of PS engagements, Executive-level prospec meetings and Solution reviews. Manage project portfolio to ensure quality, on-time and on-budget implementations . Become trusted adviser to the Customer through implementation lifecycle and beyond. Team with Account Management and Client Management teams to promote user adoption and effective use of NetSuite, and support renewal efforts. Collaborate with NetSuite partners during services engagements. Responsible for adhering to highest quality standards in project delivery. Manage executive-level customer relationships and provide team oversight through NetSuite implementation. Contribute to the company's focus on verticalization through participation in internal cross-departmental initiatives. Hire, train and manage a team of new and experienced resources to fulfill Practice objectives. Provide coaching and mentoring to assist in resources" career development. Preferred Qualifications/Skills Include 5+ years hands-on solutions architecture in below tracks R2R, D2B, O2C, P2P, PMP Proven Professional Services Delivery leadership including revenue responsibility and staff management experience. Strong Manufacturing, Hitech, Financials, retail application solution experience. Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions. Exceptional verbal and written communication bis required with previous experience creating Statement of Work for new and existing customers. Strong experience in Change Management and Business Process Mapping. Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan. Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a plus. Experience implementing packaged enterprise application solutions such as NetSuite (ref:hirist.tech),
