- Job Title: QA Tester - UI (Manual and Automation Exposure) Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai, India Experience: 2-4 years Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview We are a fast-growing tech company committed to delivering high-quality software products. We are looking for a talented and motivated QA Tester to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Perform manual testing for web and mobile-based applications. Write, execute, and maintain test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure that the UI of the product meets the specified standards, is user-friendly, and works as expected across different devices and browsers. Perform UI validation and ensure responsiveness and compatibility across various platforms. Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify and resolve issues. Document and track defects/bugs using project management tools (e.g., Jira). Ensure thorough testing of all features, identifying edge cases, and testing user interactions for smooth and intuitive experiences. Basic exposure to automation (such as creating simple automation scripts using tools like Selenium or similar). Continuously improve the test process and test coverage. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Qualifications Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in Manual Testing, with a focus on UI testing. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and testing for cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. Basic knowledge of automation (experience with Selenium, TestNG, or similar tools is a plus). Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar). Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with development teams. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage. Preferred Skills Exposure to API testing. Familiarity with performance testing tools. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).,
