We are looking for : Product Manager Educational Background: A candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology. An MBA with a technology focus or product management certification would be advantageous. Technical certifications in relevant development frameworks, cloud architecture, or agile methodologies would strengthen the profile. Work Experience: The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of progressive experience, with at least 4-5 years in product management roles and 3-4 years in technical leadership positions. They should demonstrate a proven track record of launching successful digital products with measurable business impact. Experience managing cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and business stakeholders is essential. Relevant Industry Experience: Prior experience in logistics, on-demand services, mobility platforms, or e-commerce would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with location-based services, mapping technologies, and routing algorithms is particularly valuable. Experience with both consumer-facing applications and operator/partner-facing systems would provide a comprehensive perspective for this role. Role Reporting: To the Leadership team of the company.
