We are looking for : Finance & Business Intelligence Manager Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics is required. Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CPA, or FRM would be valuable. Additional qualifications in data science, business intelligence tools, or statistical analysis would strengthen the candidacy. Work Experience: The candidate should have 7-10 years of experience, with at least 4-5 years in finance roles and 2-3 years working with business intelligence or analytics teams. Experience in financial modeling, unit economics analysis, and data-driven decision making is crucial. They should have a proven track record of implementing pricing strategies and financial controls in growth-stage companies. Relevant Industry Experience: Experience in marketplace businesses, on-demand services, or transaction-based platforms would be ideal. Prior roles in companies with complex pricing models or dynamic pricing systems would provide relevant expertise. Familiarity with venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies would ensure understanding of the rapid scaling environment XXGO operates in.
