Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive (BDE):

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, partners, and projects that align with the company's services and goals.
    2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to generate new business leads.
    3. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
    4. Conduct Needs Analysis: Understand clients' business needs and challenges to propose relevant IT consulting services.
    5. Prepare and Deliver Proposals: Develop and present customized proposals, pitches, and demonstrations to clients.
    6. Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet sales targets.
    7. Collaborate with Delivery Teams: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality service delivery.
    8. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

    Performance Metrics
    1. Sales Revenue: Meet or exceed annual sales revenue targets.
    2. New Business Acquisition: Secure a minimum number of new clients or projects within a specified timeframe.
    3. Proposal Conversion Rate: Achieve a minimum conversion rate of proposals to closed deals.
    4. Client Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction ratings through regular feedback and surveys.
