With a commitment to quality and precision, we specialize in producing high-quality components for various industries including Critical to safety auto components, Solar Mounting Structures, Capital Goods machinery manufacturing and Heavy fabrication. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our business growth and foster strategic partnerships. Job Overview The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, this role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the sheet metal press components and Tooling, fabricated parts manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services. Collaborate with the Costing and NPD team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, contracts, and agreements. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Qualifications And Experience Engineering degree preferably in Mech or Automotive or Industrial production. Proven experience in business development within the sheet metal press components and fabricated parts manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Salary package - 6 to 8 lakhs pa CTC,
