- Healthcare Recruiter (On-Site, Night/US Shift) Location: Navitas, Kalali, Vadodara Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 7:15 PM to 4:30 AM IST Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) About Us: Navitas Healthcare, a rapidly growing healthcare staffing brand, is seeking a motivated on-site Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. We work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional staffing solutions to healthcare partners in the United States. Position Overview: This on-site, night-shift role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment. The Healthcare Recruiter will be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding the best talent for our U.S. healthcare partners. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential candidates using tools like job boards, social media, and company-provided platforms. Conduct screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for client roles. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for proactive talent sourcing. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate placement.
