Job Description: As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our company's products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating leads through effective email communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the companys marketing goals and objectives. Content Creation: Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs, that engage and convert recipients. List Management: Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to measure success and optimize future campaigns. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various email elements (subject lines, content, images, etc.) to improve campaign performance. Automation: Utilize email marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing laws and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign strategies. Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on email marketing performance to stakeholders. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing or a related field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Skills: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
