MRIBS holds an insurance Broking License (Life & General) granted by the IRDA of India and assists clients in choosing cost-effective insurance covers and pursuing their claims for prompt and fair settlements. With tie-ups with more than 25 leading insurance companies in India, MRIBS offers specialized risk management advice and pre-insurance risk assessment surveys. MRIBS is part of the Muthoot Pappachan Group, a business conglomerate with over 12 decades of innovation and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Officer based in Salem. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, providing technical advice on insurance products, and analyzing market trends to develop business strategies. They will also be expected to coordinate with insurance companies for client support and resolve client claims effectively. Qualifications Proven skills in New Business Development and Customer Service Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance Excellent Communication skills Ability to maintain client relationships and provide high-quality client support Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,
