Job Description

Job Responsibilities : Supervise and manage electrical installation work at the construction site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant codes and standards. Monitor the daily work schedule, provide technical support, and resolve any site-related issues that may arise. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure all electrical systems meet industry standards and are built to specification. Review and understand the electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts. Coordinate with the design team to resolve any discrepancies between design and site conditions. Supervise the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, transformers, generators, and control systems. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of electrical materials and equipment. Keep detailed records of electrical installation processes, materials used, and any site changes or modifications. Report progress, challenges, and issues to the project manager regularly. Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering LEED certification or other sustainability certifications. Experience Requirement : 4 to 8 years of Experience in Electrical execution and energy-efficient systems. Knowledge of building automation systems and smart building technologies.
