Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented CGI Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality for our 3D assets. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting, building upon, and maintaining overall quality control, adhering to defined QA standards. You will collaborate closely with Lead Artists, communicate visual and technical issues, and ensure final assets meet our rigorous requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of 3D modeling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Primary Job Functions Interpret, build upon, and maintain overall quality control of 3D assets, adhering to defined QA standards. Identify and communicate visual differences and technical issues requiring adjustments. Escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. Ability to make changes and adjustments within 3DS Max. Align and partner with Lead Artists regarding workflow, quality expectations, and process improvements. Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Oversee and manage final assets in the shared repository. Document QA activities and initiatives through internal reporting and audits. Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Game Art or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5 years of experience working with 3DS Max modeling is required. Strong knowledge of three-dimensional design with a keen attention to detail. Strong knowledge of 3D software, including 3DS Max, V-ray, Unreal Engine, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience with document management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints. Proficient computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage (ref:hirist.tech),
