Job Description
- Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, user stories, and requirements specifications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings, solicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
