Job Description
- As a Senior Blockchain Developer at LBM Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain-based solutions and smart contracts. You will leverage your deep expertise in blockchain technologies to lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to strategic technical decisions. Key Responsibilities: Blockchain Architecture Design: Design and implement robust blockchain architectures and protocols for our projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Smart Contract Development: Develop and deploy smart contracts using various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.). Conduct thorough testing and audits to ensure contract security and functionality. DApp Development: Build and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) by integrating blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems. Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team. Collaboration & Mentoring: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Technical Strategy: Contribute to the development of the technical strategy and roadmap for blockchain projects. Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies and industry trends. Problem Solving & Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Optimize blockchain solutions for performance and scalability. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for blockchain systems and smart contracts. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. Skills: Proficiency in blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain). Strong knowledge of smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust). Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Remix). Programming Languages: Expertise in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, C++). Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in blockchain technology are a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions and interoperability protocols. Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and security practices.
