About the Role: Lead the design, development, and optimization of electronic hardware for networking devices and Access Points (APs) featuring Qualcomm & Broadcom Chips & SoCs and Microchip VSC network switches. You will be responsible for schematic design, power optimization, ensuring compliance with industry standards, testing of hardware products. Collaborate closely with firmware teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and perform system-level testing and validation. Lead design reviews, oversee hardware bring-up, and maintain detailed technical documentation. Technical Requirements: Over 10 years of expertise in electronic hardware design for networking infrastructure, wireless communication, and embedded systems, with a focus on Qualcomm SoCs and Broadcom / Realtek / Microchip VSC switches. Expertise in designing and optimizing Access Points and network switches, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Strong proficiency in high-speed PCB design, multi-layer board layout, and signal integrity analysis for networking and wireless devices. Experience with power management design, thermal management, and RF considerations for Wi-Fi systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and IS (Intrinsic Safety) requirements. Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and JTAG for troubleshooting complex electronic systems. Deep understanding of hardware interfaces including SPI, I2C, UART, PCIe, and Ethernet, ensuring efficient and secure device communication. Practical knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance, certification processes, and failure analysis for networking products. Experience working with Qualcomm reference designs and integrating network switch SoCs, particularly in optimizing power efficiency, security, and performance. Proven experience deploying any of these SoCsQualcomm IPQ50xx, IPQ60xx, and QCN61xxin wireless Access Points and network switches. Familiarity with design automation tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or KiCad, and working within version-controlled hardware development environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge networking and IoT hardware, collaborating with industry leaders to develop next-generation connectivity solutions.,
