Job Description
- LLM Model Development & Fine-Tuning Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, or similar architectures) to address banking-specific problems such as loan approvals, risk assessment, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance. Build robust pipelines for data collection, cleansing, and augmentation to improve model accuracy and reduce bias. Agentic Framework Creation Develop agent-based solutions that integrate with LLMs to perform complex tasks, such as conversation handling, transactional workflow orchestration, and multi-step process automation within a banking environment. Ensure that agentic frameworks can interface with various backend systems (CRM, ERP, core banking systems, etc.) for end-to-end automation. Implement logic to handle edge cases, compliance rules, and security constraints within agentic workflows. Integration & Deployment Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to set up continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for LLM and agentic solutions. Optimize model inference performance using GPU/TPU platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing options. Drive the deployment of models and agents in production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and robust monitoring. Research & Innovation Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and industry developments, especially within LLM and agent frameworks. Experiment with emerging techniques (prompt engineering, reinforcement learning from human feedback, etc.) to push the boundaries of whats possible in enterprise banking solutions.
