- Job Description About Us Unstudio is building a suite of AI-powered products that empower entrepreneurs, small businesses, and merchants to easily design creative images and videos to tell their story - leveraging AI. We are releasing our first product that helps E-commerce and D2C businesses to design the most stunning product photoshoots in a matter of seconds. We are at an early but exciting stage of our journey, having successfully raised our Seed round and looking to scale rapidly over the next couple of years. Responsibilities Model Deployment & Usage Work closely with our team members to deploy and optimize diffusion models (e.g., Flux SDXL) in production environments. Collaborate on integration strategies to ensure seamless incorporation of ML solutions into existing software pipelines. Model Fine-Tuning Implement and test fine-tuning approaches (LoRA, full model fine-tuning) for customizing diffusion models based on specific datasets and objectives. Experiment with different training techniques to improve model performance and efficiency. Research & Experimentation Stay updated with the latest advancements in diffusion-based models and generative AI. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and document findings to guide future development. Linux System Fundamentals Utilize basic Linux command-line tools for model deployment, data management, and system monitoring. Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure reliable and secure model pipelines. Collaboration & Documentation Participate in daily technical discussions to share insights and overcome challenges. Maintain clear and concise documentation of experiments, code, and workflows for knowledge sharing across the team. Ownership & Accountability Take full ownership of assigned tasks from ideation through deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions, maintaining a results-oriented mindset. Communicate progress and challenges effectively, demonstrating transparency and responsibility in all work.
