Job Description

Position : System Support Engineer (IoT, Telecommunications, and LoRaWAN) Experience : Minimum 3 Years Location : Mumbai (suburbs) Key Skills Required : 1. IoT Products & LoRaWAN : o Experience with IoT solutions and LoRaWAN technologies (configuration and troubleshooting). 2. Linux Administration & Log Analysis : o Advanced expertise in Linux commands and system management. o Ability to analyze logs to resolve technical issues. 3. Network Engineering : o Strong understanding of networking concepts: IPs, firewalls, UDP/TCP packets, ports, and routing. o Troubleshooting network communication issues. 4. Technical Expertise : o Knowledge of OSI layers and their application in debugging. o Hands-on experience with firmware updates and hardware evaluation for IoT devices. 5. Customer Interaction : o Strong communication skills and experience handling customer queries and issues. o Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 6. L2/L3 Support : o Experience in providing advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with LoRaWAN architecture (gateways, network servers, end devices). Knowledge of cloud or IoT analytics platforms. Job Role Summary : Manage and support IoT products, LoRaWAN networks, and radio communication technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced networking and system issues. Work with customers directly to address technical concerns and set up IoT devices effectively. Job Location : Mumbai,
