- Job Title: Robotics Mechanical Engineer Relevant Experience: 3+ Years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Notice Period: Immediate / 15 days Work Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Collaborate with other team members to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions. Design and develop new mechanical systems leveraging robotics. Utilize CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, Inventor, SolidWorks) to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings. Leverage knowledge of manufacturing processes (FDM, SLM, 5-axis CNC, plastic manufacturing) to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability. Participate in prototyping and testing activities to validate designs and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design reports and engineering drawings. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in robotics and mechanical engineering technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the dynamic mechanisms or robotics industry. Proven experience with 3D CAD software (Fusion 360, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (FDM, SLM, 5-axis CNC, plastic manufacturing) and their impact on mechanical design. Hands-on manufacturing experience is a big plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with robotic arms and mobile robots. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A passion for innovative designs that meet complex requirements and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible.
