Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Operations & Engineering Executive to oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and process optimisation for our air quality monitoring and purification devices. This role is critical in scaling our production, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Supply Chain Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including procurement, inventory, and production planning. Optimize supply chain logistics, vendor management, and sourcing strategies. Implement best practices for cost reduction, quality improvement, and lean manufacturing. Engineering & Product Development: Lead the engineering team in product design, testing, and enhancements for IoT-based air quality monitors and purifiers. Ensure seamless integration of hardware, firmware, and cloud-based software. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Develop and implement quality control processes to meet industry standards (ISO, NABL, CPCB, etc.). Conduct testing and validation of air quality monitoring and purification devices. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field). 3+ years of experience in operations, engineering management, or manufacturing, preferably in IoT, air quality, or HVAC industries. Strong understanding of IoT devices, sensors, embedded systems, and air purification technologies. Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain optimization, and quality control. Hands-on experience with PCB manufacturing, hardware testing, and firmware integration is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
