- Job Description: Sales Head Capital Markets & Wealth Management Position: Sales Leader Grade: SVP Location: Bangalore or Chennai Experience: 20+ years Mandatory: Sales Experience in Wealth Management and Capital Markets Job Summary As the Sales Head for Capital Markets & Wealth Management, you will lead the sales strategy, execution, and business growth for Intellect Design Arenas solutions in these domains. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise in financial markets, investment management, and wealth advisory solutions. You will be responsible for expanding the companys footprint, building high-value client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, brokers, and financial institutions globally. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow revenue in Capital Markets and Wealth Management. Identify, target, and engage key financial institutions, including investment banks, wealth managers, private banks, and brokerage firms. Establish clear sales goals, pipeline strategies, and action plans to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets. Stay ahead of regulatory changes, market trends, and evolving client needs to refine sales strategies. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Wealth Management, and Trading Desk Leaders. Understand client business models and provide customized technology and SaaS-based solutions to drive digital transformation in wealth management and capital markets. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions to close high-value deals. 3. Market and Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to track competitor offerings, fintech innovations, and emerging trends in the capital markets and wealth management space. Identify new opportunities in portfolio management, robo-advisory, AI-driven trading, and risk analytics to position Intellect Design Arenas solutions effectively. Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to product teams for enhancements. 4. Performance Monitoring and Sales Operations Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking to ensure targets are met. Leverage CRM systems and sales analytics tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the sales process. Prepare executive reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders. Required Skills / Abilities Proven track record in selling capital markets, wealth management, or fintech solutions to financial institutions. Strong understanding of investment banking, asset management, private wealth, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements. Ability to engage senior decision-makers and drive complex, consultative sales cycles. Experience with AI, blockchain, cloud, and digital transformation technologies in financial services. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 18+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on capital markets, wealth management, and financial services technology. Prior experience in fintech, enterprise banking solutions, or SaaS-based platforms is a strong plus.,
