Your Role The role holders would be expected to work with Strategic Business Consultants or work independently on projects in driving the business towards decisions in matters of strategic, organizational, operational, and technological investment. Strategy Consultant/ Business Analyst/Product Owner will be responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and help determine feasible s As a part of Business Consulting Team, you will be responsible for: Experience in Insurance or strategic consulting space Expertise in Market Research, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Benchmarking, Program Management, Analytics etc. In-depth understanding of Indian & Global Insurance market dynamics and regulatory landscape (expertise in Indian Insurance Market will be preferred) Act as a liaison between the business and the development team to ensure that the requirements are met and help the larger IT team (cross functional /cross skilled) to deliver solution that works for client Elicit requirements from varied stakeholder groups and precisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements. Manage end to end business requirement sessions including running the workshops. Own end to end documentation of requirements including version control and required signoff from stakeholder groups Your Profile Experience on Digital Transformation / Process Consulting / Business Consulting / Business Analysis Masters degree in Business Administration Experience and knowledge of Insurance domain Life, Health & Annuity/ Property & Casualty preferably in Indian Insurance market Experience working with insurance clients for delivering solutions catering to business processes e.g. New Business/Policy Administration & Servicing/Billing & Collection/Claims/Distribution Management Understanding of emerging technologies like Cloud, AI, Blockchain and ability to identify relevant use cases for the business Good experience in working in AGILE methodologies. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Participation in RFP mapping and submission, Experience of working on GTM strategy, business development activities. Worked on tools like JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word Critical Thinking & Decision Making Data Interpretation & Analytical skills Leadership in Cross functional team situation What you will love about working here We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
