Job Overview Twixor is seeking a dedicated Junior Backend Developer to join our team in Chennai. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital engagement platforms. The role is ideal for individuals with a passion for innovation and a strong foundation in backend technologies. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) and Spring Boot (Mandatory skill) is essential for designing robust backend applications. Experience with AWS for deploying and managing complex web applications in the cloud environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL to efficiently manage and scale relational databases in a production setting. Understanding of RESTful API design principles to ensure seamless communication between server and client. Experience with GraphQL for efficient query execution and interface management in modern web applications. Practical experience with MongoDB, leveraging its NoSQL capabilities for managing large-scale data. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code effectively for enhanced performance. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver quality solutions. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and infrastructure to support Twixor's digital engagement platforms. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate and optimize API functionalities for improved user experience. Implement robust security and data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive customer information. Analyze system requirements and manage critical issues, contributing to design and architecture decisions. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and validating applications to optimize performance. Participate in code reviews, offering insights and suggestions to maintain best coding practices and standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to implement innovative solutions effectively.
