Job Description
- Production Support:
- Assist in operating machinery and production equipment.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor production workflow and report issues to supervisors.
- Material Handling & Inventory:
- Transport raw materials, components, and finished products within the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of materials.
- Quality Control & Inspection:
- Conduct basic inspections of medical implants for defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow quality assurance protocols and report non-conformities.
- Assist in documentation related to quality checks.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain production logs, batch records, and documentation required for compliance.
- Adhere to industry regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA, and other relevant standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary records.
- Workplace Organization & Safety:
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols
- Assist in maintaining equipment and reporting malfunctions.
- Minimum education requirement is any Graduate- B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Com./B.E.
- Male candidates are preferred and they have to work in 3 shifts - 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm or 11 pm to 7 am
- Working is in very hygienic air conditioned-20 degree Celsius-lab with proper gowning and coverall.
- Training will be provided onsite.
- Physical ability to stand for long hours is the basic condition.
