Additional qualifications in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience Management, or User Experience Design would enhance the profile. Certifications in marketing analytics platforms would demonstrate technical proficiency. Work Experience: The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in customer experience management and 2-3 years in marketing or growth roles. They should demonstrate experience in designing customer journeys, building customer support systems, and developing successful acquisition campaigns. Experience managing customer feedback loops and implementing service improvements is essential. Relevant Industry Experience: Previous experience in consumer services, particularly in app-based platforms, e-commerce, hospitality, or transportation services would be valuable. Experience in high-frequency transaction businesses where customer retention is critical would align well with XXGO's business model.
