We offer Tally.ERP9 Software, Subscription Renewals, and Upgrades bundled with quality services. Our team of highly skilled technical experts specializes in providing Tally software solutions and services, including customization and industry-specific modules. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive at Absoft Solutions in Kalyan Dombivli. The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for providing analytical customer support, technical troubleshooting, and excellent customer service for all versions of Tally Software. This role will involve Corporate Training, Tally AMC/ASSC Cover, Data Splitting, Data Synchronization, and Tally Data Password Breaking. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting abilities Customer Support and Customer Service experience Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience with Tally Software is a mandatory Bachelor's degree Candidates from a commutable distance to Dombivli preferred Field role,
