    Company Description Air Filter Industries Pvt. Ltd. was established in India in 1989 and has since become the leading producer of air filtration products serving clients worldwide. Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the Gujarat region will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding market share for Air Filter Industries Pvt. Ltd. within the assigned territory. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and customer relationship management skills to promote the company's air filtration products and solutions. The candidate must be having background of handling sales of HVAC, air filtration or allied products in pharma, automotive, general ventilation etc. industry verticals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets in Gujarat. Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers across industries such as HVAC, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, food processing, and manufacturing. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential sales prospects. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners. Provide technical assistance and product recommendations based on client requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth order processing and address any concerns. 3. Technical Sales & Product Presentation Present and demonstrate the companys range of air filtration products to potential customers. Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable air filtration solutions. Work closely with the technical team to provide accurate product information and after-sales support. 4. Sales Operations & Reporting Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer records using CRM tools. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management. Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order execution. 5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide feedback to management on market developments and opportunities for business expansion. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Experience: 3-7 years of sales experience in industrial products, air filtration, HVAC, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage sales targets effectively. Good understanding of technical products and industrial sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
