The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in designing, developing, and implementing SharePoint solutions that enhance business processes and collaboration. This role involves leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient SharePoint solutions. Job Responsibilities Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of SharePoint solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Develop and manage custom SharePoint components using client-side technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Integrate SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 applications and services. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, reliability, and performance of SharePoint solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of deliverables. Stay updated with the latest advancements in SharePoint and related technologies, incorporating new features and best practices into solutions. Document application architectures, technical specifications, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert-level support to end-users and stakeholders. Technical Skill Sets Extensive experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint environments. Proficiency in client-side technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Strong knowledge of SharePoint development tools and frameworks, such as SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and SPFx. Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services, such as Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate. Deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and lifecycle. Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient SharePoint solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior developers. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
