We have urgent opening for F&B Supervisor in Five Star Hotel at Mumbai.
Position: F&B Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices
- Maintain full and comprehensive knowledge of the hotel including all the services, outlets, policies, products etc.
- Be continually proactive within all the operational areas.
- Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up.
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage team members to do better; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example
- Handle guest feedback efficiently and take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
- Conduct quality checks in order to ensure higher level of guest service.
- Maintain reports for minibar, cutlery, crockery and glassware inventory.
- Maintain appropriate standards and food safety ,place safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare roasters on weekly basis.
Desired Candidate
- Candidate should be graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Management/ Aviation
- Candidate should have an excellent communication with pleasing personality
- Candidate should have an prior experience as F&B Supervisor
Experience: 2 to 5 year
Salary : As per industry
IMPORTANT: Age should not be more than 30 years
