We are hiring for " REsident Captain " in Baroda Location

Requirement: 10 Male & 10 Female

Salary Bracket: 3Lakh

Experience: 1- 5 Years (Should be from Hospitality Background)

Job Description:

1. Housekeeping& FacilitiesExecutive/ Manager will be assisting & reporting into the Cluster Manager.
2. Will be responsible for owning the functions of Housekeeping, Security, Laundry, Residence Supplies, end to end for the Micro-market.
3. ** Micro-market will consist of 7 - 10 hostels
4. Daily briefing & checking the attendance, work allocation of the staff; ensure timely service.
5. Budget Ownership of the functions : Correct billing, compilation, approval and follow up on Vendor Payments.
6. Will be responsible for identifying, procuring & management of Vendors across these functions with the help of the procurement team.
7. Will be responsible for new hostel launch within the Micro Market: Coordinate planning, ordering & deploying of staff & supplies for the new hostels & launch operations.

Ongoing Vendor coordination

• Share regular feedback with the vendor & ensure resolution to complaints. Share penalties with the vendor POC as per the structure.
• Conduct Service delivery audit of all Vendors.
• New Initiatives: Actively involved and support in findings & report on any new Pilot projects conducted on ground
