- Location: Remote / Hybrid (Indore) Compensation: Equity-Based (Minimal Cash Exposure) About Idea360 Idea360 is an AI-powered innovation platform designed to help startups, enterprises, and individuals turn ideas into impactful innovations. Our goal is to build a next-gen AI-driven ecosystem that integrates LLMs, NLP, and advanced data science techniques to create an intelligent innovation assistant that guides users from ideation to execution. We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML & Data Science expert to join our founding team and lead the intelligence development of Idea360. This is an equity-based role ideal for someone who is passionate about LLMs, NLP, and building AI-driven solutions with a huge impact on global innovation. What Youll Do: Develop AI-powered intelligence for Idea360, enabling smart recommendations, NLP-driven insights, and automation. Design & train LLMs for understanding, evaluating, and enhancing user-submitted ideas. Implement NLP models for idea structuring, automated feedback, and AI-driven brainstorming. Leverage Machine Learning & Data Science to build predictive analytics and pattern recognition for innovation success. Integrate AI models with existing and future AI tools to create a seamless AI-driven innovation workflow. Collaborate with the product & engineering team to scale AI capabilities efficiently. Who You Are: AI/ML and Data Science expert with a passion for building cutting-edge intelligent systems. Experienced in LLMs & NLP with a strong grasp of transformer-based models like GPT, BERT, Llama, or custom fine-tuning approaches. Hands-on with Data Science & Predictive Analytics, capable of extracting insights from large datasets. Familiar with AI tool integration and deploying models at scale. Startup mindset thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments and is comfortable working with equity-based compensation. Preferred Skills & Tools: Programming: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain. LLMs & NLP: OpenAI, Hugging Face, GPT, BERT, Llama, RAG-based architectures. Data Science & ML: Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, MLflow. Cloud & MLOps: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker. Databases & Vector Search: PostgreSQL, Pinecone, FAISS, Elasticsearch.
