Job Description
- We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI-Driven Creative Artist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage AI engines to generate high-quality illustrations, animations, and 3D assets for a variety of projects, including explainer videos, marketing content, and character-driven narratives. You will collaborate with animators, designers, and writers to push the boundaries of whats possible with AI-assisted art and animation. Key Responsibilities: Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, and other generative platforms to create detailed illustrations, character designs, and 3D models. Develop AI-assisted animations and motion graphics, enhancing creative output with generative tools. Integrate AI-generated assets into larger animation pipelines using tools like Adobe After Effects and Blender. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute projects that balance artistic vision with AI-generated elements. Customize AI outputs to align with project-specific art styles and creative direction. Stay updated on the latest AI creative technologies and explore innovative ways to incorporate them into the production workflow. Troubleshoot and refine AI-generated outputs to meet high artistic standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in illustration, animation, or 3D design, with a strong portfolio of creative work. AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion for creative projects. Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar). Creative Vision: A strong artistic sense with the ability to adapt styles based on project needs. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with AI-generated content limitations and best practices for refinement and integration. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively with a creative team and communicate complex ideas clearly. Adaptability: Willingness to experiment and problem-solve in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with scripting or automation to improve AI output quality. Background in traditional art or animation. Experience with machine learning or AI model customization. Storyboarding and concept art development experience.
