Subject: Job Description Backend Developer Intern (Intern to Hire | Bangalore) Position: Backend Developer Intern Intern to Hire Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) | In-Office Role Internship Duration: 3 Months Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Working) Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM Stipend: 15,000 per month Full-Time Package (Post Internship): Up to 4.5 LPA (Based on Performance) Job Description We are looking for a Backend Developer Intern who is proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and HTML. This is an Intern-to-Hire opportunity, where candidates demonstrating strong skills and performance during the 3-month internship will be considered for a full-time Backend Developer role. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java and Spring Boot. Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture. Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to integrate applications efficiently. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Troubleshoot and debug backend issues to maintain system reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Basic understanding of HTML and frontend-backend integration. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Knowledge of database management and RESTful API development. 1 year of experience in backend development (preferred) or freshers with strong skills are also welcome to apply. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on real-world projects, and transition into a full-time role based on performance.
