The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, as well as hands-on experience with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of MERN Stack Developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality and performance. Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions to address challenges. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development, and share knowledge with the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4-7 years of experience in web development, with a focus on MERN stack technologies. Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with strong leadership and communication skills. Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web services. Experience with version control systems such as Git and proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
