Job Description Design and develop the architecture for InfluxDB database systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions. Evaluate and select appropriate time series database technologies and tools based on project requirements and industry best practices. Optimize database performance by analyzing query execution plans, indexing strategies, and database configurations. Implement data modeling techniques to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of timeseries data. Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures. Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, including performance bottlenecks, data consistency, and system failures. Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate access controls, backups, and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with software development teams to integrate database solutions into applications and systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in InfluxDB database technologies, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable. Preferably have designing, development and deployment experience in cloud-based databases.,
