Job Description

Ob Summary/Objective The Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves configuring network hardware and software, monitoring network performance, and implementing security measures to protect the organization's data and resources. Qualifications: BE/MCA Skills Hand-on Exeprience on setting-up Physical Network Hardware Knowlegde on following subjects : Network Components-Cisco Routers, ISR Routers,Cisco/Juniper Layer 3/2 Switches Network Security: Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewall, ISE (end point security), ASA Firewall or other GRE, IP-SEC, Network Address Translation (NAT), Access control lists (ACL) IP Addressing Schemes, Sub-netting and VLSM Switching protocols like STP, RSTP, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, VTP etc. Cisco ASR IOS, IOS XE upload upgrade. Wireless Network & Access Point: Cisco Wireless, Monitoring Tools: Solarwind/others Knowledge of Project Management Documentation Artifacts for SDLC & Change Management Good Document writing Skill on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Preparation Certifications CCNP route, CCNA Any cloud platform certication (Nice to have) Experience: Relevant 3-5 Years Personal Attributes Good Communication skills specially written, Excel and PowerPoint Preparation Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
