Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate STEAM Education Mentor to inspire and guide students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). The ideal candidate will facilitate hands-on learning experiences, mentor students in creative problem-solving, and encourage innovation in an engaging educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery & Instruction: Develop and implement interactive STEAM-based lesson plans aligned with educational standards. Conduct engaging workshops, activities, and projects that integrate science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Utilize hands-on experiments, coding, robotics, and maker-space activities to enhance learning experiences. Student Engagement & Mentorship: Inspire and mentor students in critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork. Provide guidance on STEAM-related projects, competitions, and innovation challenges. Foster a growth mindset and encourage creativity among students. Technology & Innovation Integration: Introduce students to emerging technologies such as robotics, 3D printing, AI, and programming. Assist in setting up and maintaining STEAM labs, maker spaces, and digital tools. Stay updated on the latest educational trends and integrate new technologies into the curriculum. Collaboration & Community Engagement: Work with teachers, schools, and community organizations to promote STEAM education. Organize STEAM events, competitions, and hands-on exhibitions. Partner with industry professionals and institutions to provide students with real-world experiences. Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate student progress through projects, assessments, and feedback sessions. Adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs and abilities. Collect feedback from students and educators to improve teaching strategies.
