Title :- Sr.Manager IT & ERP and Software Implementation Company :- Reputed Manufacturing Group Company into Lead/Batteries/Plastics/Recycling/E-waste Location :- Coimbatore Reporting To - Chief Growth Officer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager IT to lead the implementation of ERP and various software solutions within our company. The ideal candidate will possess in depth knowledge of advance technologies and software tools, like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Cloud etc ensuring seamless integration and optimization of business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the IT and ERP implementation projects to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Provide strategic IT solutions aligned with the company's growth perspective. Oversee the integration of new technologies and digitalization processes. Ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of ERP systems. Collaborate with various departments to identify and fulfil their IT needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies. Facilitate training and support for staff on new systems and technologies. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products. Qualifications/Experience/Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT management and ERP implementation. Strong understanding of AT (Advanced Technology) and digitalization. Eg- Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Cloud etc Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. CTC Salary - 13 lac p.a,
