Job Description
- Key Job Responsibilities: - Lead the PSS (Product Solution Specialist) team of Enterprise Business. - Owner of all pre-sales and solution activities for existing merchants. - Work with Enterprise Farming business leaders and account managers on new Leads and Opportunities, close end-to-end per sales lifecycle. - Do requirement gathering, solution design and solution presentation to merchants. - Ensure quality delivery of the proposed solution. - As Solution Sales lead, prepare GTM strategy with Product and Sales for new and existing products. - Identify Product cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts, work and execute merchant ring-fencing strategies via deep integrations, custom integrations etc. - Formulate Solution Sales strategy factoring industry trends, market, and competition. - Own the plan for cross-sell, deep integrations, merchant custom requirements, and implementations, Product & feature backlog, Parity, or superiority with competition. - Ensure that the requirements specifications are well-defined and delivered unambiguously for the product and engineering teams to develop and deliver the software. - Lead a team of Merchant Analytics and integrate it with the PSS function to achieve improved Merchant Experience. Development : - Functionally translate and map the business domain to a technological solution domain. - Collaborate with Merchant, Sales, Product and Delivery team leaders to arrive at detailed solutions, efforts, and implementation plans. Collaboration : - Evangelize and communicate the strategy to all stakeholders including customer. - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to adoption and usage. - Work with Marketing to bring new features to life on various communication touch points. SLA & Governance: - Ensure that SLAs committed to customers are upheld and any lapses are identified within the permissible time frame Experience. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or related experience required. - Should have managed medium to large teams, as solution architect manager Technical Experience. - Should have experience working as a Product Manager / Product Solution Architect. - Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript and NodeJS. - Database: MS SQL, MySQL, MONGODB, Graph Database etc. - Integrations: SAOP and RESTful API. - Experience with tools such as JIRA.
