Job Description

We have urgent requirement for Beauty advisor for our retail Client.

Job Location: Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida W Rd, Haibatpur, Sector 4, Greater Noida,

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :Beauty Advisor

1.To maximize sales by providing high standard of service to the customer with the help of good product knowledge and good selling skills.
2.Ensure high standard of store presentation are maintained at all times.
3.Watch out for theft, fraudulent methods of payment and deceitful purchases
4.Responsible for makeup Sale
5.Shrinkage/Damage & Expiry control
6.Responsible for Stock
7. Should wear looks of the month as advised by trainers.

8. Do as many makeovers of customers as possible

Key Accountabilities:

1. Assisting the customer.

2. Suggesting products and makeup styles as customers needs.

3. Inviting the customer for services and maintaining a regular follow up for good customer
relations.

4. Coordinated with customers and if required provided make-up demonstrations

5. Maintained an effective brand image and ensured neat and clean store.

6. Responsible for stock management.

7. Shrinkage/Damage & Expiry Control
