- Job description Job Role: SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) Consultant Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP ByD Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) modules and experience in report building for finance, supply chain management (SCM)/procurement, and sales. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring the SAP ByD system to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support and improvements. Precise Information: Title: SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) Consultant No. of Vacancies: 3 Location: Ahmedabad Salary & Compensation: Competitive and best in the industry Working days: 5 days Desired Experience Range: 4 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities: 1. System Implementation and Configuration: Evaluate business requirements and translate them into SAP ByD configurations. Configure and test the SAP ByD system to ensure it meets all business requirements. Collaborate with other SAP consultants to implement the best SAP solutions for the business. 2. CRM Functionality: Implement and support the SAP CRM module, ensuring alignment with business needs. Design, customise, configure, and test SAP CRM modules. Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP or non-SAP systems. Provide training and user support to end-users on CRM functionalities. 3. Report and Dashboard Building: Develop and maintain financial reports, including revenue recognition and gross profit per project. Create SCM/procurement reports to track and manage supply chain activities. Build sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and pipeline. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards. 4. User Support and Training: Provide training and user manuals to end-users of the SAP ByD system. Offer ongoing technical support and problem resolution. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP functionalities. 5. System Maintenance and Improvement: Maintain the SAP ByD system, including regular system checks and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement necessary changes. Document SAP processes, configurations, and specifications to ensure best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience working with multiple SAP ByD modules. Strong understanding of finance, SCM/procurement, and sales processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in project management. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with data migration and integration projects. Familiarity with SAP ByD's CRM functionality and its implementation. Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for invoice scanning. Regards, Farha Khan.
