- LikeMinds: Plug-and-play infrastructure for building in-app social features App-first businesses are increasingly investing in building social features as they enable retention, product stickiness, and referrals. However, building social features like chat and feed from scratch takes years of engineering efforts. LikeMinds offers highly abstracted chat and feed SDKs that help developers deploy in-app community and social features in as little as 15 mins. Developers and product teams can choose from our dozens of pre-built themes for various social features like Q&A Forum, Social Feed, Resource Library, Cohort based communities, Networking Chat, Online Consultation, etc. that come along with capabilities like analytics events, custom widgets, webhooks, notifications and moderation. These themes are highly customizable and developers can make any changes in the UI super quickly. LikeMinds is founded by Nipun Goyal (IIT Delhi, ex-Curofy cofounder, Forbes 30u30) and Natesh Relhan (ex-Curofy Android Lead, ex-Hotstar, Open source contributor). We are funded by multiple reputed VCs and angel investors. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and optimization of AI models and algorithms to enhance LikeMinds" social features. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI-driven solutions into our SDKs, such as improving chat, feed, and other community-building features. Utilize AI tools like Replit, Lovable, Windsurf, Base44, and similar platforms to implement innovative solutions for customers. Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure the performance of AI features within our products. Help build and improve technical documentation, providing clear guidelines for developers using AI models and SDKs. Contribute to code reviews and assist in the implementation of AI-related features, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability. Qualifications: B.Tech degree completed in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiar with AI tools like Replit, Lovable, Windsurf, Base44, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to implement AI-based solutions in real-world applications. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Salary: 8-10 LPA Were looking for a motivated individual eager to contribute to innovative AI projects.
