Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
Present and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals via phone and online meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on product benefits, indications, and usage in compliance with industry regulations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
Coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.
Requirements:
Any graduate candidate
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain complex medical and pharmaceutical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
