SAP Grow Public Edition Lead Consultant / Solution Architect Location: Remote (UAE / GCC hours) Contract Length: 12 months About the Role: We're seeking an experienced SAP Grow Public Edition Lead Consultant / Solution Architect to drive a cloud-first ERP implementation for a leading Service & Telecom Infrastructure company. You'll lead the team through SAP's Fit-to-Standard methodology, ensuring smooth integration and minimal custom development. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP Grow Public Edition implementation projects with a focus on preconfigured processes. Guide SAP consultants (FICO, SD, MM) through Fit-to-Standard methodology and change management. Ensure seamless integration with SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and cloud-based ERP extensions. Oversee the deployment of SuccessFactors for HR alongside the ERP rollout. What We're Looking For: 2+ SAP Grow Public Edition implementations completed. Strong expertise in SAP FICO, SD, MM with Fit-to-Standard knowledge. Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and low-code/no-code extensions. Experience in Service/Telecom infrastructure is a plus.
