Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst for our Team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and visualize data using tools such as Power BI, SQL and Advance Excel. Your work will directly contribute to our company's strategic decisions and help drive business success. Experience: 2 to 3 Years Qualification Required: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc IT or Bachelor in Data Science or Data Analytics Shift: EST or CST as per business requirement Work Location: Hybrid Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement. 2. Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Ensure data visualizations are user-friendly, informative, and aligned with business objectives. 3. Data Reporting Collaborate with teams to understand reporting requirements and customize reports accordingly. 4. Quality Assurance Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to address them. 5. Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Sales, and Marketing, to support their data needs. Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 6. Data Documentation Maintain documentation for data sources, data transformations, and report development processes. Document best practices and standards for data analysis and reporting Technical background: Strong Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI. Proficiency In SQL for Data extraction and Data Manipulation. Knowledge of Python or ETL process. Strong Understanding of Data Analysis techniques and Statistical concepts Experice on advance Excel will be an added advantage,
