Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. Data Scientist to lead and deliver data-driven solutions that transform customer engagement strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, behavioural data science, and digital analytics, with a strong background in fintech (e.g., risk management, underwriting) and exposure to other industries such as e-commerce. Key Responsibilities Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Design and refine recommendation models and predictive algorithms for customer engagement and risk assessment. Domain Expertise in Fintech and Beyond Leverage experience in fintech (e.g., underwriting, risk management) and other domains like e-commerce to deliver cross-industry insights. Analyze financial and behavioral data to build innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Behavioral Data Science Utilize external third-party data and internal datasets to uncover behavioral patterns and actionable insights. Integrate external data sources to enhance predictive modeling accuracy. Digital Analytics Apply expertise in digital analytics tools and methodologies to assess digital footprints and drive customer engagement strategies. Conduct end-to-end customer journey analysis, identifying touchpoints for improved engagement. Customer Engagement & Data Insights Build and implement customer engagement models to enhance retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. Translate data into actionable strategies for improved customer experiences and business outcomes. Key Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8 years total experience, with at least 5 years in data science roles. Strong fintech experience, especially in risk management or underwriting, combined with exposure to industries like e-commerce. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, and big data tools like Spark or Hadoop. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and other GCP services. Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Behavioral Data Science: Expertise in integrating external data sources and analyzing behavioral datasets. Customer-Centric Understanding: Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping and engagement modeling.,
